Discover a way out

Are you living with pain that just won’t go away—no matter what you’ve tried?

Do you deal with things like migraines, nerve pain, back or neck pain, fibromyalgia, stomach issues, or pain that moves around your body for no clear reason?

Maybe your pain shifts—your arm starts to feel better, and suddenly your knee flares up.

Maybe all your scans came back normal—or they found something small, but it doesn’t really explain what you're feeling.

If your pain is affecting your day-to-day life, your energy, your relationships—you're not alone.

I help people understand what’s really going on beneath chronic pain, so they can reclaim their freedom and joy.

A lot of the time, it’s not about injury—it’s about your brain trying to protect you. Together, we explore the Mindbody connection and use simple tools to help your nervous system feel safe again—so you can start to calm the pain and reconnect with your life.

My Story

In 2022, after a dental procedure triggered severe nerve damage, I developed chronic facial pain that completely upended my life—robbing me of my health, relationships, and sense of identity.

For years, I searched desperately for answers, enduring relentless symptoms, failed treatments, and heavy medications with debilitating side effects.  Eventually, I was diagnosed with Central Sensitization, Anesthesia Dolorosa and Dental Neuralgia.

At rock bottom, I discovered a new path to healing through mind-body techniques. With time, commitment, and belief, I weaned off medication and gradually regained control over my pain. Now, relatively pain-free, I share what I learned and my story to offer hope to others navigating the invisible world of chronic pain.
