Refund Policy

Appointment Attended or Completed

Payment for any session that has been attended is non-refundable.

You’re eligible for a full refund for any session you don’t attend, as long as you provide notice before it begins.

I know what it is like to be in too much pain to attend an appointment. I don't want to penalize anyone for that.
