When pain won’t go away and nothing seems to explain it.

I recovered from years of chronic nerve pain. Now I help people explore whether their nervous system, rather than tissue damage, may be driving their symptoms.

Exploring Persistent Pain

Living with pain that won’t go away can be exhausting, especially when nothing seems to fully explain it.

You might recognize some of this:

  • Pain that moves or changes over time

  • Symptoms that flare with stress or emotion

  • Normal scans, or findings that don’t explain the pain

  • One area improves, then another starts

  • Feeling stuck, confused, or dismissed

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and your pain is real.

In many cases, persistent pain can continue even when tissues have healed, because the nervous system has learned to stay on high alert.
This kind of pain is real and often changeable.

You don’t need to decide anything right now.
This page is simply a place to explore whether this perspective resonates.

A gentle next step:
Take a short self-check to see if a nervous-system approach might apply to you.

My Story

In 2022, after a dental procedure triggered severe nerve damage, I developed chronic facial pain that completely upended my life—robbing me of my health, relationships, and sense of identity.

For years, I searched desperately for answers, enduring relentless symptoms, failed treatments, and heavy medications with debilitating side effects.  Eventually, I was diagnosed with Central Sensitization, Anesthesia Dolorosa and Dental Neuralgia.

At rock bottom, I discovered a new path to healing through mind-body techniques. With time, commitment, and belief, I weaned off medication and gradually regained control over my pain. Now, relatively pain-free, I share what I learned and my story to offer hope to others navigating the invisible world of chronic pain.

You don’t need to relate to every part of this story for this work to apply.
